Why does the agency ask to see payslips?

This is standard procedure as they are regularly audited by their End Client to make sure that correct tax and NI deductions are being made. As part of this, they may ask us or yourselves to share a recent payslip with them from time to time in order to ensure that you are being paid correctly. This could be monthly, quarterly, or annually.

Should you receive such a request directly, please let us know so that we can assist you and if you have any questions at all call us or let us know by email when you want us to call you.  Our phones are open from 9-5 Monday to Friday.

If an agency comes to us directly, in line with our Privacy Policy, we do need to share this information as we are legally required by the contract we hold with them, but we will always notify you of any requests made.
