Why has my pay changed?

There can be a few factors that may have affected your payment:

Amount of money processed on your timesheet. Please check your timesheets portal to make sure that we have processed the correct amount of hours/ days at the correct rate from your agency. If there is a discrepancy in either of these, please let us know so that we can double check our remittances and funds received and go to your agency with any queries.

Multiple payments in one week. If we receive more than one payment for you in a week, when this is processed through the system more tax may be deducted after the first payment. Depending on your tax code, if it is cumulative then it will balance out over the course of the year.

Tax code or deductions. If your timesheet looks correct but you notice a change in your salary, please check your payslip on your Eezytime portal (you can access this through the website). You will be able to see your tax code on your payslip along with any deductions made. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries regarding this, but please note that due to Data Protection not all of our team can access your payslips nor see your tax code. If you have your tax code to hand when you call or email us, we will be in a better position to assist you.
